- domain name renewal
- search engine optimisation
IT Support guarantees availability during the above hours at a set annual rate defined by the level of support you need.

- Technological upgrades
We also provide website statistics reports about visitors. These can be summary reports for Trustee meetings, very detailed reports for administrators or both. This allows you to measure the success of the website, or areas of the website that are most in use and why.
Annual website reviews
We offer annual reviews of IT systems as part of maintenance offerings to reassess short and long term needs.
The annual IT support charge is due at the beginning of the agreed 12 month period. The agreement will set out a number of free hours per month or quarter, after which consultation, support or development will be charged will be at an hourly rate. Quarterly invoices will be issued thereafter to cover support and development work during each three month period.
