We include a Content Management System which a non-technical person can easily use to update the website themselves. It is very easy to use, although on-site training can be arranged for staff. The CMS provides the following benefits:

The CMS allows non-technical users to create, edit and delete content across a website in real time. This supports rich, accurate, up to date and easy to locate content. 

• Content can be assigned a date to be published and/or archived ensuring relevant, up to date content

• Templates and style sheets create a consistent look and feel across the site and have uneditable regions ensuring editors cannot accidentally makes changes to the design of the website 

• Workflow can be managed allowing administrators to review, proofread and approve content submitted by editors to ensure quality and consistency 

• Support costs are lower as Cloudless is not required to make updates on your behalf

We include a dedicated SQL server 2005 database with the core website which:

• Stores all your website content. This can allow the content to be used across the site in multiple locations need only be updated once through the database. Any changes are reflected across the site immediately avoiding the need to update individual pages.

• Can become your central office database, storing all your mailing lists and any other databases like contacts and subscriptions. These then can easily interact with your website. View all the optional add-on modules available.

• If you only need a simple website, this allows for an easy upgrade path. You may require more functionaliy  immediately.
